Does it cost anything to get an estimate?
No, estimates are free.
How long does it take to get an estimate?
Turn around time on receiving an estimate is generally a week or less from the time we do the site visit. If a plan is required, the turn around time could possibly be a little longer.
When I accept your estimate, what’s the next step?
We discuss tentative dates.
How long after we accept your estimate until you get started?
Our tentative dates are generally our dates of performing your project. However, we can’t be exact, as we are working outside and have no control over the weather.
Do I have to be home for the estimate?
Depending on the level of detail required for your project, you may have to be there to ensure we have the full scope of your vision. Generally, for maintenance services you would not have to be there.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in the forms of check, cash, Zelle or money order.
What are your payment terms?
We require a third of the total estimated cost. We invoice for the remaining balance at the completion of the project.
When will I receive my bill?
Once the project has been completed.
When is payment due?
Payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Can I pay my bill online?
Yes, using Zelle.
Which areas do you service?
We provide the majority of our services in the Mid an Upper Shore region of Maryland.
Can you work short notice?
There’s always the possibility we could fit your project in on short notice. However, we will not accept a job we’re unable to do properly. We will not compromise the quality of our work or integrity of the project.
How do I maintain my landscape after you’re done?
We’re happy to do it for you. If you’re a DIY person, we can leave you with care instructions.
What is the best day to have my property maintained?
That is dependent on the area you live in and the service you would like us to perform for you.

Are you licensed?
Yes, we have a MHIC license and a MDA-F license.
Are you insured?
Yes, our company, our vehicles, our equipment and every individual that works with Brummell Does is insured.
Where are you located?
Who will work on my property?
An owner or foreman, along with other skilled professionals.
Do your employees speak English?
Are you a licensed landscaper?
Yes, we are licensed through the Maryland Home Improvement Commission.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
We offer warranties and guarantees on work we perform. Plantings, trees and lawns come with the stipulation that we have to be the ones caring for them in order to cover them. The only reason is because of the delicate care they require, we have to ensure they’re being cared for properly in order to warranty them.
What if I’m unhappy with my service?
We work very closely with all of our clients, with the hopes of avoiding this problem. However, if a problem does arise contact us immediately, so we can figure out what went wrong with the service we’re providing to you and how we can address the issue.
